Copy and Paste from an AutoFilter but Insert rows not Overwrite

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet full of data which i have the following code to apply 2 filters 2, i then copy the filtered data and paste it into another sheet

HOWEVER

I want to insert the copied data "shifting cells down" and not overwrite whats already in that sheet but excel wont let me when its a selection of filtered rows

Here's my code which currently just pastes and overwrites all in its way....
