Combining Multiple Columns to Create Multiple Rows in Macro

I have a large spreadsheet that I need to create multiple rows and combine two columns as well as pull in information from a corresponding column. The end result would create 100 rows per item number with a combined item number & ref (123456-153) in column A and the corresponding information from Comm1 (5) in column B.

I have attached a sample spreadsheet with two tabs - the original data sample and a second desired result. I assume this can be done quickly in a macro but am having problems with pulling over the third column. The details are in the attached sheet, but I need to cycle through and combine ItemNumber with Ref1 and then Comm1, continue through each column until ref10, then it would move to the next row and repeat.

    THANK YOU!!!
