Adding columns to excel using macro

    Hi,

I would like to insert columns into my excel using a macro. The scenario would be like i have few columns of data. At a particular columns, which i try to name it "col", i want to insert an extra column into it. The ideal would be to be able to choose any column as "col" and insert a column there. However, I don't seem to be able to do it. I am not sure if its due to me not able to reference "col" properly or am i missing something? Thanks for the help i advance!
