Live Acton Tracker which updates automatically

Hey Guys,

I am trying to create an action tracker which updates certain elements by itself.
Can someone help please or give my other ideas on an action tracker where an action may be required by a group of people to complete and update when they completed it?

I have attached a sample file with comments on what I am after.

Thank you for the formatting formula - works perfectly.
With the second part to my question - I can see you have made a drop down but I am looking at something where by pressing One button it list all the names in different rows.

for eg: I have a specific action that I need 5 people to complete - so instead of writing the same action 5 times and selecting different names each time - is there a way excel can do it for me based on macros etc? I click 1 if I want one specific team to complete it - click 2 if I want team 2 to complete it etc.

Hope it makes sense.
