find the off days using for loop

Hi friends

i am newbie at macro code need an urgent help.

i am working in two sheets
in the first sheet i have two dates (say 3-jan-2012 and 9-jan-2012 both in diff column)

now in the another sheet i have thirty one columns (like 1-jan-2012, 2-jan-2012, 3-jan-2012,... 31-jan-2012)
below each date their is a day and below day their are shifts and OFFs

so now by using first sheet values i want to do for loop in another sheet to find out OFFS are coming on which days
1st sheet

d1	d2	off1	off2
3-jan-2012	9-jan-2012

2nd sheet

1-jan-2012	2-jan-2012	3-jan-2012	.....	31-jan-2012
MON	TUE	WED	.....	SUN
OFF	N	OFF	.....	N

so result should be

d1	d2	off1	off2
3-jan-2012	9-jan-2012	MON	WED
