Macro- Find the second of two identical rows and find and replace the contents of second

I am in need of help...

I have an excel file with roughly 8000 rows that is linked to a master excel file. About every 15 rows, the formulas repeat with the next row from the master file linked. As it sits now, two of the ~15 rows are identical throughout the file. A portion of this file is attached.


What I need the macro to do:

Find the second of the two identical rows and find and replace the following in the second row formulas only:


EMEDICARE****** TO ESUPMEDIC******

'!$AG$ TO '!$AN$

'!$Y$ TO '!$AO$

'!$AH$ TO '!$AP$

'!$Z$ TO '!$AQ$



I greatly appreciate any and all help with this. You guys have saved me literally days of time with developing macros.
