Macro Setting

I'm having a problem with the excel. Please take a look at the screenshot of my excel setup and advice how to set up correct the macro security.etc...

what is the problem ?. usually when you save file as "mnacro enable workbook" (.xlsm) and when you open you will se option in the top bar. click it and enable macros.

I did download the Microsoft Office Service pack 3 and it work.
