I want to create a customer database using user form. but my contain are pretty mess up.
here apart from name, number and other required information. I want the database to capture comment 1, comment 2 comment and goes on etc.

we have a database where we call our customer once a month and records their feed back, so to enable to record the feedback in a cell I want to know how this will be possible.
