Using Shell command to open website under a specific ID

I'm trying to use excel to open a website under a specific persons Login ID, but no matter what I do the command prompt comes up and says "Enter the Password for:". When it should be showing the persons Login ID on that line - "Enter Password for NAME:"

Now I'm VERY new to programming in general. I've jumped into a small project to get my feet wet, so please go easy on me!!! Just so you know, I ran a simple script of 'Msgbox Name', to confirm that excel can actually see the data in cell B2.
