Copy or Cut userform text/list box values to a worksheet cell for printing

Hi guys

Anyone got any ideas for cut or coping text and list box data on a Userform to a worksheet cell mockup of the same form for printing.
I can't do a control source as it causes issues with the crew list cmd. I've been told that i can print the form but it prints the entire form, buttons and everything.
only after this.
1. copies the userform textbox and listbox data to a worksheet cells, each box to a diff cell (mockup of the form on the sheet)
2. clears the contents of the userforms text/list boxes.
3. prints the worksheets mockup form with a msg asking how many sheets. then printing off that many selected.
4. clears the content of the mockup form on the sheet.

I've sorted out as much as the code as i can. Still very much stuck to the userform list boxs to a worksheet cells.
not to sure where i'm going wrong.
