Data to be copied from one sheet to another sheet by Find option

My requirement is to copy the data from Sheet1 and to be pasted in Sheet2 based on below Scenarios:
1. Records to be replaced based on 'PC' field
2. If same 'PC' is not available then, new record to be created below the existing PCs of Sheet2 tab.
I'm new this macro scripting, so please try to provide detailed scripting or attachment.

A small modification pls...
Entire rows data is getting copied and pasted there. Can we put limit from 'A' to 'E' colomn only to copy ?

Entire rows? Where do you see entire rows? I do see it copying one cell too many, I've corrected that above in the original code, but it's not entire rows.
Yes. You're correct.
Now it is finding only with Numeric data. Can you pls provide scripit to find with Text data aswell..
