Interpolate Macro for differing intervals

Hi everyone,

I did a search of other interpolating questions but didn't find the answer for what I am looking for. I have a large set of data and I want to interpolate the missing numbers between the last known records as shown in the attached spreadsheet. However, I don't want to interpolate the values if the data gap exceeds 5 days.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
