    Macro to Generate different Summaries as per Vendor list

    I have a data with 4 fields, i used to prepare vendor-wise (column D) pivot table into different worksheets, pivot tables depend on no. of vendors included into column D.

    Can it be done the same function automatically / through macro / without pivot table

    Sample file is attached for more details.
    In to sample file DATA is datasheet & others worksheets i.e. Cargotec, AllCargo-1, AllCargo-2, TIPL-1, TIPL-2, Casby-1, Casby-2, Casby-3, Sudin-1, Sudin-2, are prepared pivot tables (result require)


    Please Help me !!!!!

    But in attached file contains no summaries instead of PTs.

    You have created the sheets from PT based on column D. Is this right? That was my understanding, so I do not know what you meant by a summary sheet. The sheets are created from the summary sheet. May be it is a wrong code.

    Thanks for your very quick response.

    Macro is working as per my assumption, however, I am requesting summaries like Pivot Tables sample summary prepared manually as per data in worksheet Sudin-1 , i want similar sammary table (like pivot table) in all the created sheet

    Sir,
    Code is differentiated only data vendors-wise, but i want summary table for the all the vendors

    Example explained into Sudin-1 , I want similar summary table (like pivot table) in all the created sheets
    attached file ( 02_FUELReport_Feb2013.xls‎ )

    RAV,
    If you want a summary tab for each vendor why do you not use a PT. As I said, I misunderstood your request.

    Can it be done automatic / by macro? as i used to preparing 10 Nos. PTs manually.

    I want to do this automatically either by pivot table or only just summary table what i described in Sudin-1 sheet

    I would suggest you should use PT, but incorporate a code which refreshes all PTs, so that you do not have to go in to each to update each PT.

    Vendors names are changing (adding / removing) month-on-month basis and after running given macro, it creates vendor-wise tabs, how can it prepare PTs into all the vendor tabs.
    Can it be just summary table what i described in Sudin-1 sheet
    Other PT issue is size of the file; it is heavier than simple summary what i described in Sudin-1 sheet , instead of PT
