Download a file with changing filename

Hi Forum,

I am trying to download an Excel file from web. The file itself will have the current day and month of when it is getting released. I would like to have this file downloaded every month (irrespective of the filename and the date increment).

More specifically, i am looking at this page: "http://www.czso.cz/eng/redakce.nsf/i/isc_ts" and the file i want to download is "Table 1 Consumer Price Indices - Cost-of-Living (monthly)".

You will notice that the filename is "isccr061013_1.xls", so i would like to avoid having to populate "061013_1" in my code and make it more dynamic so that irrespective with what it is populated with, it will still download it.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
