Move Rows to next available line in new worksheet

Hi
I am wondering if anyone can help me out. I have a worksheet named Pre Stage Data Sheet and another named Stage 1. In column W of Pre Stage I have Yes/No and if user chooses Yes I want the row to be moved to the next row in the worksheet Stage 1 and deleted from Pre Stage.
Could anyone tell me how I do this, I have never used VBA before and have tried to figure it out myself, but just stumped!
