Cocantenate with Carriage Return (Loop Through Rows)

I search for a while trying to find a relevant old topic on this, but I couldn't find anything that will loop through all the potential rows on my sheet. I'd like to use something like (from a different thread on here):

But instead of calling out a specific row "2", it would loop through all rows that have data within the columns 3-31.

You could use the following:

This will give you the number of range containing data (or rather any content).
Don't forget to add an extra loop for the rows.
