VBA copy values to another sheet based on conditions

Hi guys,

is it possible in VBA to copy values from an range based on some conditions?
For example copy only rows, where in column A is value 1 and in column B is value 2
I want to do this after opening the xls file, and going row by row would take some time, because the source sheet has more rows.
