Remove Duplicates from Advanced Filter Results

Hello,
I'm a rookie at VBA.
I have the following macro that performs an advanced filter. I want it to take the results from the advanced filter and remove any results that have duplicate values in column 17.

Hi Joedrummer,

Try changing Unique:=True in the code.
Also, I need to see column 17 as well and would be helpful if you could upload a sample workbook. thanks.

I'm attaching a file.

In the current data table the NumericalID (from column 17) 8619 shows up two times, as the rows do not match exactly. However I only want the NumericalID 8619 to show up once. It does not matter to me which row is deleted as I'm not interested in any of the unique data.
