Having trouble figuring out the difference between two codes that do the same thing

Hi, so i'm in the process of going over my entire workbook and testing every function out. I noticed that these two command buttons that are supposed to do the same thing, have different formats. Could someone help me understand what the difference is, and if there is one I should be using over the other?

I think I figured it out. The second code is selecting every occurrence of the combobox value. Not just the specific one selected.

The second code appears to be correct. It loops back ward which is the correct method to delete a row.

I'm going to stick with the first code. The second one is deleting multiples which is not what I want it to do!
