Find value in cells and copy part of it to other column

Hi I have a work sheet, where i open a txt file up in excel sheet 2.( Have worked with it deleted spaces etc., with a macro)
All text are in column A.
What i need is to find all the words/numbers which start with R00 and copy this and the next 5 digits(8 total)
to the same row but in column B. If it can highlight the row A and B where it copy from it would be fine.
It normally looks like this R0037483000000000098928 and have to be displayed in column B same row as this R0037483 First 8 digits.
After it have found this i just need all the 8 digits numbers to be copied to column C but with no space between.

I have uploaded a test sheet, so you can see what i would like to have.

Please have a look, hope some can help.

    Sincerely
    Abjac
