Question Export specific rows of data into unique outlook emails per client

I am trying to export specific rows of data in excel into unique outlook emails based on client name and certain flags

In the workbook attached, one tab has client infomation and the other tab has the client name/email table and a subscription flag.

I am trying to piece togehter a macro that will export data into an email where column B on the data tabe = "Done" AND Column C on the Email Table tab = "Y".

    Example.xlsx

The email should be sent to the corresponding email address based on column K on Data tab and column A on Email Table.

My question is, should I be exporting these all into unique excel files, and then run a macro to add them emails? Or, is it possible for a macro to pull this information directly into the body of an email with the correct email address?

    Any guidance is appreciated.

    My question is,
Since you state you are going to put the information into the body of the email, then no, you do not need to export this into a separate sheet. Once the criteria is confirmed, then it's just a matter of pointing to the required info. I'm assuming this will be some type of form letter?

Back to the selection. Do you want to send emails for all clients in one operation, or line by line?

I actually made some good progress here by searching the web (compliments to rondebruin dot nl). But I still need help changing the cell and column references within the macro.

An advanced vba user should be able to do this easily.

The first file "Working Macro Example" works beautifully, but I am unable to figure out how to modify what columns I need referenced.Working Macro Example.xlsm

The second file "Final Product" has the excel column order that the macro needs to utilize. Also, I only want the highlighted columns send to the email.Final Product.xlsm

    Please help! thank you!

The first file has the macro in it, but I will paste here as well:

I figured it out. Can I give myself reputation points?
