Need help with If statements and value formats

Hi I programmed a excel sheet that determines the price of a window blind, according to their size.

Below is an example of a price table.
..............800........900........1000
800.........price 1
900......................price2
1000..................................price3

If a blind is 800 wide with a drop of 800 it returns the value
"price 1".

If a blind is 900 wide with a drop of 900 it returns the value
"price 2".

But for some reason if I enter a value between 900 and 1100 it returns the value "price 1" instead of the value "price 2".

If I go above 1100 then it is works fine again.

What am I doing wrong?

CRTL-Q open the userform.

I think my problem lies in my format function.

I used "format(range, 0#)" to get all values in the same format.
