Inserting rows between existing related data on another sheet

New to this site and hoping to get help. I am working with multiple sheets within 1 work book. On sheet 1 I have 500 rows of data that is linked to sheet 2. Sheet 2 takes 20 rows to calculate the data linked back to sheet 1. Sheet 2 is linked to sheet 3 which takes 200 rows to calculate the data linked back to sheet 2. I would like to have the ability to insert a row on sheet 1 (the location will move based on needs but for this sample it is between items 2 and 3) and have it insert the 20 rows on sheet 2 in the corresponding location (between the calculations for items 2 and 3) as the inserted row on sheet 1 and then paste the calculation create the links and then do it again on sheet 3. Can this be done? Not to complicate things but I would like to have a hyperlink by item from sheet 1 to 2 and another from 2 to 3.
    Thanks!

Everything is possible with VBA, but this is a non-trivial request - certainly not something I would do for free. If you are willing to pay, I suggest you consider posting in the commercial services section.
My approach to providing help is to help you to help yourself. So my answers won't always solve your problem, but hopefully you can learn enough to solve the problem yourself and be more self sufficient for the experience.
