Particular data taken out form input sheet to desire sheet by macro

Dear all, I have two work sheet , one is input sheet where data will be past by manually & another is desire output sheet , so I would like to get data like output sheet which will be taking from input sheet . please check the attachment where I have marked all data as color mark .

Hi Tinbendr, I need once again your assistance. The current date format of cell E2 of my work sheet is dd:hh:mm & its working fine , but I want to keep months before the dd:hh:mm also , it is something like this mm:dd:hh:mm Where starting first “mm:” is for Months , dd: for dates , hh for hours & last one :mm for minutes
Or
it will be something like this ddd:hh:mm (i.e 223:11:25 , where 223 is the total dates , 11 is the total hours & 25 is the total minutes ) .
