Macro required to copy data from one workbook to another

Dear Friends

Please find enclosed a format of my master template .. I receive input files from which i need to take to data and input them in the master template . The data would come in such a way that Eg - for the month of Jan the numbers for apple = 21 , Orange = 22 , Banana = 23 , Grapes = 24 , Dates = 25 ... ( in the same excel format like my master template ) . Request you to help me with a macro for this if possible
