Need to take the value of one cell in one file, and match/delete a row in another file.

Ok, first of all, thank you for reading this. I am new to Excel, and have a bit of a task. I have two files.

Each file has similar data sets with almost all the same information being stored in Sheet 1 of each file. WELL, I need to take all the rows in file called "Duplicate Match" that have a Column "L" value of "exact match" and remove those similar rows in a file called "Patient Load". Now, here is where it gets tricky. You have to use the values based on Rows "A" and "B" in the first file "Duplicate Match" to do the search in rows "B" and "C" in the 2nd file, where row "B" is last name, and row "C" is first name. Once a match is found, that row has to be deleted.

Restarted, I need to remove all the rows in "Pateint Load" that contain the last, first names of all the rows in "Duplicate Match" that have a column "L" value of "excact match".

I hope that I explained that right.

So, thats about 750 rows that need to be deleted, and I need to finish withen the next few days.. :-( , SO, I am going to get started manually and hope that some memeber of this forum already his this built and will share.

Also, if it will help, I can also, copy and paste the 2nd files 'exact match" rows into a 2nd sheet on the first file. Does that make this process easier to write code for?
