Stopwatch macro working but I need the "stop" commonad button to pause/resume the timer.

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post in this forum and look forward to learning from everyone.

I don't recall where I found the attached macro. I need help to modify this macro to change the "stop" command button to a "pause/resume" command. I'd also like this button's caption to toggle from "Pause" to "Resume" when activated. I realize I don't need to store each time measurement in separate cells, but I actually like this about the current code. I also need this document to remain compatible with Excel 2003.
