Data Mismatch

I have a spreadsheet that I am trying to turn the data from a top down look to a linear look. The data goes top to bottom and I am trying to get it to go left to right.

Here is an example:
Right now the data looks like this.

Prt_Nbr Schd_Dt Schd_Qty
12345678984 7/15/2013 0:00 0
12345678984 7/22/2013 0:00 60

I would like to see it like this

07/15/2013 07/22/2013 07/29/2013 08/5/2013
12345678984 0 60 60 60
12354894987 60 20 60 60

Can this be done?
