Macro to make a message box come up on screen when cell value changes

Hi and good morning,

I'm pretty sure this is really simple: I just want a msg box to come up whenever a cell value goes up. The cell is being calculated by a CountIf function, so I'm not sure whether that means I need a Worksheet_Calculate event or Worksheet_Change.
