Creating an Add-In of Existing Workbook in Excel 2010

I have an Excel 2010 file that has a few macros in it that I use to change the color of selected cells through shortcut keys. I wish for others to be able to use this without having to open my file on my computer. I understand I can do this by making an Add-In of my workbook through VBA or something along those lines, just not quite sure how. Thank you very much in advance for your help!

Save the workbook as filetype Add-In (XLAM)... Excel will automatically store it in the right folder.
Then go to Excel Options-> Add-Ins .. select the Go button at the bottom and check your new Add-In
