For Next Loop

Hi,

I am still a VBA newbie and I am having a hard time grasping the "looping" concept. I know this is probably really simple I don't know why I can't figure it out. A simplified version of my code is below. As you can see, I do the exact same thing times. Isn't there a way to say "For Next 5 rows do this" or something? Thank you for your help.
