Fucntion Required for Split data

hello i want a function for split data in date store in number (but date is not in date type filed so i face the problem)

i.e.

20-10-99

Result i want in 3 coloum (day Month Year)

20 10 99

pls help me for soloveing this problem


we have more then 5000 record so pls help me
