Copy range of rows and checkboxes downwards

Hi all

I'm trying to make this work but no luck yet. I've got a sheet for heat calculation where data is entered per room.

What I'm trying to do is when the command button "New Room" is clicked the cells, rows, formulas and checkboxes are all copied downwards to row 21 and so forth so that one can start enering data for the new room. And the command button moves as well downwards.

Is this even possible? Any help greatly appreciated!
