    Opening emails and deleting rows

Hello. I have a question. Can someone write code for the following: I have a bunch of emails with excel spreadsheets. I would like to open up each of these spreadsheets (if this isn't possible I can just put in a folder). Then I would like to delete the same row in all of the spreadsheets. That's the easy version, and I would appreciate it if someone could write a sample code, explaining what each piece of the code does/means.

The harder version is the same thing, but rather than deleting certain row numbers, I would like to look at the "standard" tab (the first one) and then when I open up the new files delete rows that have been added. Thanks!!
