Help need to table value should match and replace to another sheet

HI,

I have a table with three columns in sheet 1. In sheet 2, I have data, that data should match with that table and replace the value .
Example:
Please find the attachment of Retrive.xls,
I give the Example: In Sheet 1, Name should Match with Sheet 2 Name, The BackEnd Name should be Replace to Actual Name

Please can you anybody resolve this problem.
