Post Delete row conditional on the values of either the previous or following row.

    Hi all,

My data currently looks like the left panel in the picture and I would like it formatted to appear like the right panel: http://i.imgur.com/U4kDa9V.jpg

For every company, each year, there would be at least one row of "First Name" and "Last Name" . If a year has two rows of "First Name" and "Last Name" and one row is "0", then the latter row would be deleted. Please note if a company year only appears once and the value of "First Name" and "Last Name" are both "0" (e.g. Company C - 2006), that row would still be retained. Where a company year is made up of multiple rows of unique "First Name" and "Last Name" (e.g. Company C - 2005), then the row with the "0" would be removed.

    Further information that may help:

    - Every company, for every year, there is one row of "First Name" and "Last Name" made of "0".

    - If a company year has multiple rows of "First Name" and "Last Name", then the row of "0" would either be at the top or bottom of the "block" of company year.

    - There may be "gaps" between some years (e.g. 2007-2008 is missing for company C).

Please let me know if you require further elaborations.

    Alex
