Real time text translation to match the language selectedin language vailidation

Hi Friends,


I think there is built-in language translation feature in Excel. But I am not sure.


I have a challege (for me) to translate the text to match the language at the validation list.
In my spread sheet, I have a place for user to add comments which may be different every time.

In general, the person will type his/her language. But the same input text will translate to other language.

I know the translation is not always 100 correct, but at least I want to know if this can be done so
I can use the feature.

Please advise.

Thanks for the reply. I forgot to attach the sample file, now it is.
Goggle Translation is good in Excel, but it is not exact what I need.

I like to translate sliently without click any key if possible and in real time.
The attached sample will show more details.
