new windows sizing/location/placement..

I have two excel files, let's call them excel1.xlsx and excel2.xlsx. When opening the first file, excel1, I would like to automatically open the excel2 file. I would also like the excel2 file to always be on top of the excel 1 file, and I would like to set window size and window location of both files so that they always open in the same location on my computer screen.


Can anyone shoot me some pointers on where to start for this? Is all of this possible? Are any of these items not possible at all?
