File Directory Listing Macro - 32 and 64 bit

See attached macro to get a spreadsheet listing all files and directories in a selected path.

It works fine on 32 bit versions of Excel, but I have not been able to modify it to work with both 32 and 64 bit versions of Excel. I tried using the PtrSafe command for the shell32.dll command in the userform, but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks.
