function for VBA for Cell value count

Hello friends
may this we got help with this valuable forum.. & one more time we want help hope u experts help me

my problem is follwing
I have a excel sheet where store more then 5000 rows data in this file

various cell has value with separated by , (comma)
we want to count result this value

eg..


1, 2, 3, 4, 5 we want result 5.00 in new cell
1, 2(0-400), 3(0-300), 4, 5 we want result 3.70 in new cell

my sample file is attached

I'm having trouble understanding the numbers in parentheses. Is it some sort of multiplication?

yes number in parentheses we also count eg

(0-500) this show 0.50
(300-500) this show 0.20
