Pop up to alert for a certain change in value in a cell

Hi,
I have an excel sheet which tracks the intraday performance of a portfolio of stocks. This performance, measured in % (say in cell A1), moves in real time.
I wish to set up a pop up window which would alert me whenever that value moves by 20 basis points (higher or lower), which might happen a few times in the day.
Ideally this pop up would indicate the previous/new levels and would open in front of other Windows applications...

Hi! Thanks for the prompt reply! That works very nicely on a dummy sheet where i manually change the value of A1. But it sadly doesn't seem to react to my real-time changing cell (which moves every second as it is dependent on live stock prices).
Do you think there is a way around this?
