Combine totals in a array/string then delete duplicate row

This spreadsheet has Column A (Account Number) Column B (Employee Code) Column C (Interest).
I need to write a VBA to combined the Employee Codes Interest per account. This should equal 100% for each account number to update records.

    EXAMPLE.
Find 82548 in column B and add the totals of column C
Replace second 82549 row with the row below.
    Total should equal 100.
Would like the same amount of rows.

    Spreadsheet is enclosed.
