Combine Rows by Identifier

Hi I am new to the forum and have been looking for a solution to an Excel problem I've been having.

I am trying to combine one column of values as a list for each individual ID. They do not all have the same number of rows per ID.

I've attached a sample file with what I am looking for

Hi Patrick,

Can the matches for each Person go into separate columns? It's just that this is quite straightforward, though concatenating them into one string within a single cell is less so.

Ideally I would like it to be all within one cell as I will have to later compare it to a similar cell to see if there is any discrepancies between the two.
