Loop to Match Criteria on Two Sheets and Apply Conditional Format

Hi all,

I'm after a loop that basically matches data on two different sheets and then applies a conditional formatting (Red fill) to a cell.

I've attached an example piece of work.

I need to match the full name of the employee (On column M of Edays Sheet and Column A on Assigned Complaints Sheet). If that matches i then need the loop to match the dates (On column O (+Onwards if there is more than 1 date) on Edays sheet, this needs to be matched against the dates on column B1:K1 on assigned complaints).

If both criterias are met Range b3:k12 on Assigned Complaints are filled red. Eg If Joe Test has 05/07/13 off on Edays, cell b3 on Assigned complaints will be filled red.

Important note: Column O onwards on Sheet Edays will be variable each month (as new data is imported in) So the loop will need to run all the way accross the columns until it gets to an empty cell.

Also, the names on Column M are obviously variable each month, eg Joe Test can appear more than once.

I think the loop will need to loop over itself three times for each cell it tests.
