Question Message Box when is cell text is "YES" or "NO" !

Hi, all. Newbie here. I don't know how to do something, so i need your help

As you can see in the image i have a list from cell C3 to cell C11 with the text "yes" and "no". What i liked to do is when i choose "YES" a message box would show saying "Congratulations!". For the "NO" i don't want any message box to show. This must be very simple for you, but for me it isn't
