Code to highlight rows

I'm using a code provide to me through this great forum... the code highlights rows as you click any cell so that the users can easily glance left/right through data. The code works wonderfully except that sometimes for some reason I can't figure out, the code where the highlighted row was after saving stays highlighted even tho I click on another cell. So a row will remain highlighted yellow while the code functions well in other areas of the sheet. I've attached a sample where it occurred and I'm trying to see if that could be fixed. Thanks...

I do not know what the code does, but there is range object set with, but there is no if statement. I added one, but not sure if this corrects the error. This is poor guess.

I just tested the adjusted code and it still occurs - when you save, close the file and reopen, the previously location of the highlighted row stays highlighted even if you click elsewhere... it should not remain highlighted...
