How to Extract Data from Multiple Files in Same Folder and Copy Data to One File

    Hi guys,

I am wondering how to get data from over 600 Excel Files with the same format, in the same folder and copy the contents in one Excel File. I only need a limited range of data from the Excel Files I am trying to copy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    'WORKBOOKS TO 1 SHEET STACKED
Here's a macro for collecting data from all files in a specific folder. The parts of the code that need to be edited are colored red on that sheet to draw your attention.

Then you'll need to adapt this section to copy on the data you need:

    Thank you for your help.

I still cannot get it to populate the data. The message comes up to clear data, but then no data is copied over to the master file.

I'm having trouble with the range part, I assume.
All of the data is located in columns A:J and rows 1:34.

I just can't figure out how to incorporate this into the code.

    So that would simply be:

Ok, I am able to extract data now! But, something is wrong with the copy function. The data in the Master Sheet looks nothing like the
    data in the original files.

I attached an example of 1 of 600 files I am trying to consolidate. Also attached is the Master Sheet after running the code.

Once again, I really appreciate you helping me. It means a lot, and I am learning quite a bit from the code as well. (I am pretty new to VBA)

Would I have to copy the format and not the values to make this work?
