Paste excel table in word and repeat headers

Hi all,

I have a macro that compiles a word document from excel data.
All works fine however the table in excel is often longer that the remaining page in word so the table will consist of 2 or more word pages.
Now my question how can I alter my attached macro so it will repeat the first 2 rows of the excel table on new pages?

So the table is in the last part and is bookmark Text11 between the other bookmarks.

Hmmm nobody who knows how to repeat the header of an excel table when you copy paste it to Word??

Does not have to be my example above if that is what is causing the problem.
Just how would anybody else copy paste a long excel table in Word with repeating header.
