Fetch and plot data using VBA/Macro

Hello everyone. I am new to vba/macro in excel. I hope you guys can help me with my problem. I also attached the workbook to make it easier for you guys.

I need to fetch the "Request Status" from Exhibit 1 then plot it going to Exhibit 2 and while doing this I also need to fetch their Timespent and total them.

Here are a few notes/formulas to attain totals in exhibit 2.

• Total Requests = [Closed/Completed/Resolved] + Open + On Hold + Discontinued.
  
• In Progress = Open + [OnHold/On Hold].
  
• Request Statuses that are not indicated in Exhibit 2 and their respective times should be disregarded. (EXAMPLE) If the request status Request Status is [CR] or [PR].
