Vlookup with multiple duplicates

Hello I have searched and searched and need help with this.

I have a spreadsheet and a created a macro which on Sheet1 column B I need to locate the company number for the customer number in column A. Some of the customer numbers are repeated in different customer numbers. I need a way to identify this so that payments aren't posted to the wrong customer.

I need this to be able to be included within my current macro. If I could possibly get some help on how to do this I could put it into the existing macro.

I am not sure if I understand your request. Put this formula in sheet1, column B2 and drag it down.

If there are duplicates, the first match is returned.

I need it to return a notification that there is a duplicate occurance of the customer number. That way we can manually look to verify what company it should be posted to. Or if it could return all the corresponding company numbers for example customer 5551234 shows up with company 01-100 and company 02-123. I need something that will show both the 01-100 and 02-123 company or some type of text letting me know so I can manually determine the correct company.
